40-HR pRANAYAM & RESTORATIVE yoga TEACHER TRAINING
With TASH FRANCESCA
In person at Mosaic yoga Toronto
WE WILL GIVE YOU THE TOOLS TO CREATE AN IMPACTFUL REST PRACTICE
AND THEN GIVE YOU THE SPACE TO BE CRITICAL ABOUT WHAT THAT MEANS.
“The pranayam and restorative yoga teacher training exceeded my expectations. I learned many details about restorative postures, prop support, breathing techniques and nervous system responses. It was a very carefully crafted program with theory and practice balanced out. Taryn and Tash were wonderful, their knowledge and experience of restorative yoga complemented each other. I am ready to dive deeper into this practice!”
Learn how to “DO”
This training invites participants into a relationship with one of yoga’s subtle gems: Restorative Yoga. Together, we’ll assemble a restorative yoga teacher training toolkit that will empower you to facilitate spaces of rest online and in person. Tools will include: awareness of how the body moves; eleven templates (poses) for rest; and simple breathwork practices.
Learn Why We “DO”
Beyond tangible skills, this program explores why rest is important and navigates the intention required to curate rest effectively in community settings. Participants will unpack the role of the facilitator through critical self-reflection. Ultimately, these practices are not a one-size-fits-all. Our aim is that participants emerge with a deep appreciation for how rest is nuanced and unique to each body, housing different lived experiences.
“Taught my first restorative class tonight and I just wanted to say how useful your restorative yoga teacher training was! I was diving deep into my notes and I felt like I had you in my brain giving me tips as the class went along. In fact, I even had my manual tucked away at the front of the room, just in case. It gave me confidence knowing it was there!”

”You are a truly gifted educator. You brought the group together in a trust-filled, respectful cocoon from which we were reluctant to emerge. We are now butterflies ready to share restorative yoga with the world.”
