An intentionally challenging class to get your blood pumping. We start with a full body warm up and proceed to challenge ourselves with cardio, standing and mat pilates, and barre progressions that will leave you feeling spent and strong all at the same time.

Join me for a mid-week pick-me-up! I’ll offer a scale-able practice where the challenge is determined by you. We’ll cover the basics and dive into the depth of the practice with breathwork. My themes change weekly, but trust that you’ll receive a full practice with both effort and rest included.

This is a peaceful morning one - we'll get ourselves adequately warmed up and dive into the movement and breathwork that makes yoga so special.

Sometimes you feel like a flow, sometimes you want to melt into a bolster. Why make it an either/or? Feel the heat and release of a flowing practice then deliberately wind down to the incomparable comfort and healing of a guided nidrā practice.

My absolute favourite class type: work hard, rest harder. Enjoy an efficient practice for the first half of class and wrap things up with supported restorative shapes, flow-y stretches and breath work, all while you’re on top of blankets and pillows.
